Are there any prerequisites before I start using the service?
Yes. You need to either have a Telegram account or a Telegram Bot. It is really simple, just download Telegram in your mobile phone, or Telegram Desktop in your computer and follow the steps to sign up. If you wish to connect a Bot, please go to the section where we explain how to create a Telegram Bot with BotFather
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. We are offering a FREE beta program download for early birds users. Feedback and comments will be very welcome, as we are offering a FREE use because of this.
Do I need my credit card to get a free trial?
GHL may ask you to introduce your payment options in case you want to get into the Marketplace. No personal financial data will be shared with us and none of your personal financial information will be required from our part.
Can I have more than one Telegram account in my TelegrApp?
Currently it is not possible, but we are working on it for future versions.
Are there any restrictions during trial period?
No. There are no restrictions, you can use our services freely, but please be responsible. A big amount of requests and petitions would make it unstable, as it is in beta phase for now.
If we detect an unusual number of petitions from a locationID, we will contact with the owners so we can come to an usage agreement.
Can I change my Telegram number at anytime?
Yes. In the left tool bar a label of "TelegrApp" will appear, just click on it and fulfill the form again with the new phone number you want to register.
Is it a White Label app? Can I sell it at my price?
No, but you can sell it as an agency.
This application is owernship of Innexum, in close collaboration with the platform.
However, if you are planning on selling it to a big number of subaccounts (>10) as an agency and would like a white labeling and discount option, please contact us and we will find a solution that suits both parts.
Do you get in touch or send any notifications to our Clients?
Yes. This is not a White Label application, it is ownership of Innexum.

Can I change my TelegrApp settings at any time?
Yes. Go to the left bar manu "TelegrApp" and manage your settings from there
Can I change my TelegrApp number account?
