How to Use Multiple Accounts
Connecting multiple Telegram Accounts to your CRM
From December 2025, TelegrApp supports multiple telegram accounts and bots connected to a single CRM subaccounts. This is represented in the diagram below

How does it work?
To connect multiple Telegram personal or Bot acconuts to your CRM subaccount, you first need to move to higher subscription plan, which enables this feature.
Within the same subaccount, each user has the right to connect a single Telegram account. This means that there must be a designed user for each telegram account connected. For example, if your CRM has 4 users, you can connect up to 4 telegram accounts, one per user.
How do I connect each account?
On the TelegrApp dashboard, located on the left side menu of your CRM subaccount, you can connect multiple telegram accounts. If you are logged in as an Administrator, you can manage all the accounts of your team by connecting, disconnecting and modifying settings. If you are logged in as a User without Admin rights, you can ONLY manage your own settings and accounts. This ensures that only allowed staff can manage securely their accounts.

Which settings are supported?
Filtering settings can be set to ignore messages from specific groups, channels and private chats. This allows you to focus only on important conversations. Note that these settings can only be set when connecting a Telegram personal account.

How does it behave?
When a new contact reaches you via Telegram, the integration will create a new contact, create a new conversations and assign the contact to the respective Telegram account owner. This ensure that only the account owner can read and reply to messages from the conversations tab. Note that administrator will also be able to read the messages, but not reply to them on your behalf.
When replying a message from the conversations tab, only the assigned user will be able to send a message. Otherwise, an error will be prompted indicating that this contact belongs to another user.
The integration may automatically switch the assigned user if the contact sends a message to another telegram account within the same CRM subaccount when already assigned to someone else.
How can I setup my automations?
The automations actions and triggers remain the same as described in the Getting Started Section How To Create Your First Automation. In this case, you will need to select the telegram account to send and receive messages. Note that you need to specify the user whose telegram accounts wants to be automated
